President Buu Nygren is a carpenter, public servant, and father. After serving Navajo communities throughout the pandemic, President Nygren committed himself to securing the basic necessities for every Navajo home: Water, power, and reliable roads. President Nygren's focus on combating poverty is a guiding principle for the Navajo Nation Executive Branch programs.
Tony Skrelunas nominated as the Executive Director for the Division of Economic Development by President Buu Nygren. With his extensive career in the government and environmental conservation sector. Mr. Skrelunas has previously worked as a top executive for the Division of Economic Development and Government Development. He has honed his skills in discourse and leadership development. Accomplished in Project Management, Strategic Planning, Business Creation, Cultural Sensitivity best practice, Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, and securing financing. Mr. Skrelunas is eager to implement solutions based strategies to meet the needs of our Navajo communities and businesses.
